The Kwely Shop is meant for retailers interested in sourcing quality wholesale products from Africa. The products displayed on the site may be available in white label. Allowing brands to purchase the products under their own branding.

To sign up as a buyer, you need to create an account. You will be required to provide an email address as well as a password. Be sure to read and agree to our Terms and Conditions before signing up. 
Once signed up, we recommend completing your profile by providing your profile, billing and shipping information.It is important that you provide accurate information. The more information you provide the less likely there are to be delays with receiving orders.

Some products have options regarding variant, size or packaging. The price shown when displaying a product is a Base price. Selecting options, a price for those options is added to the base price under the label “addons”.

To order on Kwely Shop, you must configure your products and add them to a cart. You can create a new cart or group orders in the same cart. Review your order details, specify your shipping information and request a quote. The Kwely Team will get back to you with a finalized quote and will assist you until you goods get to you.

Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an email with the expected ship date. On the expected ship date, we will ship the products with our shipping partners, unless you specify that you want your order to be processed by your carrier of choice.

Products that ship from another country will be reviewed at customs upon import into your country and are subject to duties and taxes. 

If for any reason, you want to return products to us, please contact us. We will arrange the best solution.
